Vendors are solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws. This includes accurately reporting income and remitting any sales, income, or other taxes required in your jurisdiction. The platform does not withhold, collect, or pay taxes on your behalf.

Payments
Payouts are issued to the payment details you provide, based on the platform’s standard payout schedule. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date. The platform is not liable for delays or errors caused by incomplete or incorrect payment details.

Content Standards
Vendors must ensure that all uploaded content is lawful, original, and appropriate. Content may not infringe on intellectual property rights, contain offensive or harmful material, or violate applicable laws. The platform reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any content that does not meet these standards.

Compliance with Policies
Vendors are expected to follow the platform’s published policies, including but not limited to fair pricing, accurate descriptions, and respect for intellectual property. Repeated or serious violations may result in account restrictions or removal.

Account Suspension or Termination
The platform may suspend or permanently terminate vendor accounts in cases of policy violations, fraudulent activity, or actions deemed harmful to the marketplace or its users.
